A separate fulfillment workflow had staff hunting through a CRM and emailing the shipping team manually, leading to delays and errors.
The Solution
Nematic built a centralized ShipBob shipping calculator that consolidates all required inputs into a single interface. A second workflow was built using Google Forms + Zapier to automatically route order requests and trigger email notifications to the fulfillment lead — no CRM digging required.
